TRANSFERS AND DELETIONS FOR BELIZE

A Shipowner may at any time sell a Belize registered vessel to other persons, juridical or natural, Belizean or foreign, or transfer the vessel to the flag and registry of another country

A deletion certificate is issued after confirmation that the vessel is in good standing with the registry and free from Belize registered mortgages or encumbrances.

The ownership of a Belize registered vessel is transferred by a Bill of Sale. Schedule of Fees
